If you are 100% sure you have used the correct email and password, try the ‘forgotten your password?’ journey. Our system may be rejecting your password because it doesn’t think it’s strong enough. When setting up a new password we recommend three random words with a dash between them, for example cow-book-plane or grass-space-fancy.
