The app make me type in my Yeokens code but I want to scan. Why won't it let me?

To scan your Yeokens QR code through the app, you'll need to ensure your camera permissions are set up correctly to allow camera access. To do this:

1. Go to your phone's Settings
2. Find the Yeo Valley app
3. Make sure Camera access is switched on
